“I fear not the man who has practised 10000 kicks once. I fear the man who has practised 1 kick 10000 times.” — Bruce Lee

As the days are passing, my confidence is growing. I am getting stronger and more unstoppable. No, it isn’t because I am moving towards my goals. Its because my approach is more realistic than before.

When I first came across this concept of “small daily improvement”, “daily 5-minute actions” I literally laughed at them.

“What can someone accomplish something by doing 5 minutes of action a day?”, I said to myself, amused.

I had a belief that massive success needs massive action. I thought heroic outcomes need heroic efforts. I thought these massive actions would be all-in, 24x7 effort filled with work. I was SO Wrong!

I am sure anyone who’s tried such heroic attempts would agree with me.. they last only for a few days. After that, we are back to our old, tattered ways of doing things.

True, massive success requires work. But, it doesn’t require massive action, it requires consistent daily action. In fact, consistent daily action (however small) becomes massive when compounded!

The reason my confidence is growing daily is that I have created a few rituals. I remind myself about them every morning and make sure I accomplish them before sleeping.

Also, this week is almost coming to an end.. from the next week I am going to document my journey on a (probably) weekly basis (to make it even more valuable, and relevant for you)

Thank You!
