You might have noticed that I have already started working on myself.

My goal is to be leaner by 8 Kgs in the next 6 months. This is achievable and sustainable.

Also, I am documenting my journey, something which I couldn’t do when I lost weight earlier (in 2015). I am also going to share a lot of contextually relevant, useful information for your fitness.

Week 1 (Day 1 and 2)

I am working on one or two habits per week. Starting small and slowly building the momentum.

WEEK 1 CHANGES:

  1. Eliminated added sugar and deep-fried foods in the diet.
  2. Started brisk-walking for 30 minutes.

That’s it!

Started at 88.1 Kgs and by the end of day 2, I am already on 86 Kg. No surprise.

Why is the initial Weight Loss rapid?

That’s because most of it is water weight loss.

It happens because the moment you restrict carbohydrates the body throws off the water.

Is it weight loss? Yes.

Is it fat loss? No.

Is it going to come back? Not until you eat more carbs again!

Short intro for the first-timers

I am Vaibhav and I am documenting my journey of fitness transformation. The goal is to get leaner by 10 Kgs by June 2021. I document my challenges and victories while sharing valuable fitness advice (contextually relevant).

If you wish to see what goes in and out of my journey, feel free to follow me here. Thank you for reading to this point.

God bless!
